To restart your IIS application pool in your Shared Windows Plesk Hosting, please follow the instructions below:
1. Login to your Plesk Panel.
2. Click on "Hosting & DNS" then click on "Dedicated IIS Application Pool for Website".
3. Click on "Recycle" to reset your IIS application pool.
4. Alternatively you can click on "Stop" as per Step 3. to stop your IIS application pool first then click on "Start" to start your IIS application pool.
