To access your SpamExperts control panel and create email addresses inside it, please use the following guide:
1. Login to APC billing account (https://billing.apc.sg/clientarea.php), click manage under "Manage Your Email".
2. In SpamExpert control panel under the Outgoing section Click "Manage users".
3. Select the "Authenticating User" tab.
4. Enter the desired username/email prefix and password and click "Add" to create the account.
(Password should be the same as what you have set in your cPanel/Plesk for the same email address | For e.g. me@yourdomain.com cPanel/Plesk email password is 1234me then 1234me password should be used here.)
